I sent Albert a message telling him what we wanted. He found one within 30 minutes. We were coming to Memphis for an appointment Wednesday, so we told him we'd come get it Thursday.

The whole experience was great. There was no financing, we didn't want a car note. The SUV has everything we wanted.
