The SUV I was looking for was not in your inventory. Al did a LOT of research and invested a lot of time to search the internet for the particular color I wanted. He was tireless in his pursuit of finding this SUV. I didn't NEED another vehicle, but Al's devotion to serving this customer (me !) was outstanding and made me WANT this vehicle!
