I've never had a better experience. I decided to give Ford a try after negative experiences with Chevrolet and Nissan and I'm so glad that I came here. Albert and Aubry took me under their wings and made this the easiest and most positive experience from the vehicle purchase to the financing. Albert went above and beyond. Please tell us what you liked most about your 2016 Ford Fusion
When I came into the dealership I asked the receptionist for a salesperson who would be honest with me and who would be fair with me since I am a woman and she recomended Albert. Albert went above and beyond to make this an easy transition. I told him I was interested in trading in my car but it was at the dealership being serviced. He drove me up there to pick it up so that I could get an appraisal that day. Then he had someone drive to Memphis to pick up the car that I wanted so that I would have it thatnight. I know he never got to eat lunch or dinner because I saw his half eaten spahghetti in the corner of his trashcan. He also contacted a previous customer while I was there to see how she was doing. That speaks very highly of him and your dealership. I have not met anyone here that has not been friendly or receptive. Thank you for making this such an unbelievably positive experience!

I told Albert I was looking for an economical car and he just seemed to know what I needed. I love the Ford Fusion. It is more thatn I hoped for.; Reasons: great-gas-mileage, excellent-price, color, salesperson-recommended-it, roomy, needed-for-work, good-value, rebates-incentives, performance.
