Please tell us what you liked most about working with Albert

I really felt good about your dealership and the car. The mooring after I arrived, Albert (uncle Albert) picked me up at my hotel. With in about 5 minutes of conversation I realized what a good person he was. Most salesman have this ability but it was not superficial. We talked about families and sports, places we have been and connected. Knowing the daunting 8 hour drive i have ahead of me Albert expedited things and we got moving. After the test drive he notices some smudges on the hood and pings in the paint and we stopped by another location and they touched things up. The car was beautiful. One other thing we noticed was there was only one key. Seeing what great condition this car was in we both deducted there was little chance the previous owner did not have both keys turned in upon the sale. The Mercedes keys are quite expensive. Albert immediately called out to the dealership where the car came from and the gentleman there said there was only one key but Albert did not feel comfortable with this response. While this was not a deal breaker, I did let Albert know as much as I wanted the other key and as much as it would cost to replace it, I would still proceed with the purchase. Albert did not accept this gentleman response, offered to get with the last owner and investigate and check around a bit on his own. Well, while driving home, maybe 2 hours into my trip he phone me and let me know he found the key and was going to ship it. I was speechless. This type of service from a salesman is a quality that is quite rare in my many years of buying cars. The deal was done, the ink dry and yet Albert wasn't. I am very very grateful for what he has done and wanted to share that with you.
