Please tell us what you liked most about your 2011 Ford F 150

Albert Matthews has been extremely help, extremely nice. Follow up calls to insure we got what we were looking for. Vehicles were ready and sitting by the front door when we arrived in order for us to test drive. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took the extra time to find out where the vehicle's came from, we did not have to ask very many questions at all! Above all, Albert has been very friendly and he has not been pushy! I had been here previously and looked at vehicles, and after dealing with Albert on that day, I would not want to go anywhere else! Extremely nice man!! This experience has not been stressful in any way what so ever!!!
