Albert came out and saw me looking over the car, and introduced himself. I asked for the test drive, and he returned quickly with the keys and we were on our way. Once we returned from the test drive, we went over a few things and started the paperwork. No problems whatsoever.

I like the look of the MKX on the exterior and was impressed with the interior as well. It drove smooth and quietly. Lincoln has always been an upscale brand.
