Albert was great. I don't like pushy sales people and he definitely isn't pushy. He didn't look at me and assume I didn't know what I was talking about just because I am a woman. In fact, he seemed impressed with my knowledge of cars and didn't question me about it, as so often happens to women in the car buying process.

I already knew what I wanted to look at when I got here and he was quick to get the car over for me to look at it and test drive it..

I've had a surprisingly good time at your dealership. It hasn't taken hours on end to complete my purchase. The negotiation process was smooth and I feel like my concerns were taken seriously and without the stereotypical sleazy used car sales experience. I also had a good time talking to BJ. He's a cool guy. I will recommend your dealership to other people if I know they are in the market for a car.
